John G. Mitchell, Jr.

Mr. Mitchell is a Partner in Tri-Star Title Co., LLC, and is the Senior Partner at Mitchell & Mitchell, Attorneys at Law.  John has practiced law in Rutherford County and the entire Mid-State area since 1967.  He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Susan Melton

Ms. Melton is a Partner in Tri-Star Title Co., LLC, and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and the Nashville School of Law.  She has been in practice since 1991 and has served as the General Sessions and Juvenile Judge for Cannon County since 2000.

Mr. Mitchell is a Partner in Tri-Star Title Co., LLC, and is the Managing Partner at Mitchell & Mitchell, Attorneys at Law.  Known by all as “Jack”, he has practiced law in Rutherford and surrounding counties since 1990.  He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Anita Parton

Anita has managed our Woodbury office since January 2004. Prior to Tri-Star Title Co., LLC., she was the legal secretary for J. Barrett Melton, Jr. and Susan Melton, Attorneys. These two positions have allowed her to gain 25+ years of legal experience. Anita is professional, courteous and is readily available to assist with all your real estate purchases and refinance needs.

April Miller

April has ben an assistant to Anita Parton in our Woodbury office since March, 2015. She holds a Bachelors degree from Tennessee Tech University. April enjoys working with our clients to meet their needs and does so with utmost courtesy and professionalism.

Tracey Gullett

Tracey Gullett is the Office Manager for our Murfreesboro location. She is currently working towards her Bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Tracey worked in the Melton & Cowan Law office before joining the Tri-Star team. She is ready to serve the real estate needs of our clients with efficiency and professionalism.
